Terms of Service

Programs are open to students within the published age or grade range. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration, provide accurate information and sign all required forms before participation.

Program fees are due at registration. Memberships bill monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout, and discount codes may not be combined unless stated.

Students must follow the SILAcademy Code of Conduct. We may remove a student from a session for unsafe behavior, and repeated violations may end enrollment without refund.

We may adjust schedules, instructors or locations when necessary. If SILAcademy cancels a session, families receive a make-up session or a full refund.
