Parent and student names, contact details, grade level, emergency contacts, medical and allergy notes you provide, program and booking history, and payment records processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

To deliver programs and tutoring, confirm registrations and bookings, send reminders and receipts, keep students safe, and improve our services. Newsletter emails are sent only to families who opt in and can be unsubscribed at any time.

Student information is provided by a parent or legal guardian. We never market directly to children and we restrict access to student records to authorized staff only.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, email delivery, scheduling), or when required by law or to protect a child's safety. We never sell personal data.

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your family's data at any time by emailing hello@silacademy.org. Photo release consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time.
